Mr. Pratap Singh, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks discharge by stating that the petitioner is not contacting him since long.

Mr. Harpreet Singh, Senior Standing Counsel for the respondent stated that the respondent has already disposed of the confiscated goods and as such, no detention charges are liable to be payable by the petitioner. The present petition has become infructuous.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in the prosecution of the case. The present petition along with pending application is dismissed in default as well as for want of prosecution.
