% 08.02.2017 We have heard the learned counsel for the appellants. The learned counsel submitted that this is a case of clear counterfeiting. Whereas the products of the appellants/plaintiff are manufactured in Nepal, those of the respondents are manufactured in Hapur, U.P. but are stamped as 'Made in Nepal'. In these circumstances, we are of the view that the matter should be taken up urgently by the learned single Judge for consideration. Consequently, the suit and the application be listed before the learned single Judge tomorrow i.e. 09.02.2017 instead of 17.02.2017. We have passed this order because the circumstances are exceptional. A copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
