CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 16.02.2018 1.
The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 to 6 states, on instructions, that the petitioner would be permitted to take the Golf Aptitude Test and if successful, he would be considered for a restricted membership of respondent no.3 (Army Environmental Park and Training Area - hereafter 'AEPTA'). The said membership would entitle him all playing rights and also benefits of reciprocal arrangements. However, given the constraints of the membership facilities, the petitioner would not have access to the bar, cafeteria and other facilities.
2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, on instructions, that the petitioner has no objection in accepting such restricted
membership.
3.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.3 to conduct the Golf Aptitude Test on 17.02.2018 and if the petitioner is successful, grant him a restricted membership of AEPTA as indicated above.
4.
Dasti under signatures of the court master.
