Learned counsel for the parties state that they have been able to settle their disputes in this suit. It has been agreed that the defendant will pay to the plaintiff a sum of ₹3,50,000/- in full and final settlement of the plaintiff's claim in this suit.

The statement of Mr. Yogesh Chawla, the sole proprietor of the defendant, who is present in Court, has been recorded separately. 3.

Mr. Peeyosh Kalra, learned counsel for the plaintiff, states upon instructions that Ms.V. Mohini, Advocate, whose vakalatnama is on record for the plaintiff, is authorised to accept the said amount in full and final settlement of the plaintiff's claim in the suit. He submits that a decree be passed in these terms. An affidavit of the duly authorised representative of the plaintiff to this effect will be placed on record by CS(COMM) 468/2018

learned counsel for the plaintiff within one week. 4.

Resultantly, the suit is decreed in the sum of ₹3,50,000/-, payable by the defendant to the plaintiff. Decree sheet be prepared accordingly. Parties will bear their own costs.

A post-dated cheque bearing no. 000238, dated 11.03.2020 has been handed over to Ms.V. Mohini, learned counsel for the plaintiff, and a copy of the cheque has been taken on record. 6.

The suit alongwith pending applications are disposed of in these terms.
