By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1221/2015 under Sections 387/120-B/34 IPC registered at PS Amar Colony. 2.

The quashing petition being W.P.(Crl.) 189/2016 in respect of the above mentioned FIR on the basis of settlement is also listed today and the same stands disposed of by quashing the above mentioned FIR. 3.

In view of the above, this application has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
