W.P.(CRL) 3168/2019 Vide this petition, petitioner is praying for extension of parole for a further period of six weeks on the ground that surgery of his daughter is scheduled for 15th November, 2019 and he has to arrange for blood and also because there is no other male member in the family to take care of her. Petitioner is in custody in FIR No. 139/2004, registered at police station Mangol Puri, Delhi and FIR No. 119/2004, registered at police station Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioner informs the Court that parole granted to petitioner vide order of 30th October, 2019 has come to an end on 13th November, 2019.

Mr. Jamal Akhtar, Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr.Rahul Mehra, Additional Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent/State and submits that in the facts of this case, the extension of parole is not opposed.
Heard.
In view of the fact that surgery of petitioner's daughter is to take place on 15th November, 2019, parole granted to petitioner is extended for a further period of three weeks on the same terms and conditions as enumerated in the order of 30th October, 2019. The petition stands disposed of.
