% 08.04.2026 By way of the present petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 06.06.2025 passed by the Sessions Court, whereby the application filed by the petitioner for suspension of sentence without the condition of depositing 20% of the fine amount was disposed of, by reducing the said condition to a deposit of 10%.

Mr. Shiva Jee Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, having been rendered infructuous.
