1. Defendants No. 1 and 2 have not been appearing in the matter.

2. As regards Defendants No. 3 and 4, the Court is informed that Plaintiff and Defendants No. 3 and 4 have agreed to settle the dispute, whereunder the Plaintiff would withdraw the suit, provided Defendants No. 3 and 4 undertake to not take any action against the Plaintiff in relation to the subject matter of the present suit.

3. Counsel for Defendants No. 3 and 4, on instructions, submits that the said Defendants will not initiate any counter action against the Plaintiff in respect of the subject matter of the present suit.

4.
