This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the Respondents to issue the Eligibility Certificate to the Petitioner and allow him to appear in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination to be conducted in NovemberDecember, 2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the grievances stand addressed and seeks to withdraw this writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application.
