"(i) Initiate proceedings of contempt against the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 06.12.2017 passed by this Hon'ble Court in LPA No. 569/2016 and pass appropriate directions and orders punishing and penalizing the respondent for contempt; (ii) Award Cost in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent;

(iii) Pass any other order that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in the given circumstances."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
