This petition is filed with a prayer for direction to the respondents to resume the family pension of the petitioner along with arrears. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents has produced photocopy of the office order dated 19.04.2024 and the copy of payment advice whereby the family pension has been restored and the arrears have been paid. The documents are taken on record.

In view of the subsequent developments, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law for redressal of the surviving grievance, if any.
