Parties have arrived at a Conciliated Agreement dated 19th February, 2026.

As per the said agreement arrived at between the parties, all the claims between the parties have been settled upon receipt of Rs. 14,05,000/- by the petitioner from the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the present petitions. 4.
Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present petitions are accordingly disposed of.
