Learned counsel appearing for the respondents raises an objection that there is no unequivocal clause enabling the parties to refer the dispute to the Arbitration. The respondents are bound by this statement. 2.
Under these circumstances, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw the petition with liberty to file civil suit.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
