% 03.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already entered into a compromise with the respondent no.2 and does not want to proceed with the present petition. He further submits that he may be given an opportunity to move the fresh petition for quashing on the basis of the compromise, if any.
