This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent takes a preliminary objection to the maintainability of this petition on the ground that neither in the invocation notice dated 30.04.2025 nor in the petition, Petitioner has spelt out the claims/disputes it seeks reference of to the Arbitrator. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to send a fresh invocation notice with complete and better particulars detailing the claims/disputes, of which reference is sought to arbitration as also liberty to seek recourse to appointment of Arbitrator in Court, in case Respondent declines to consent to the appointment. 4.
