% 18.01.2018 The petitioner claims to be squatting at Street No. 8, Govind Puri Kalkaji New Delhi for more than two decades. Since the petitioner was being harassed by the official of the respondent, the present writ petition was filed.
Mr. Nandad, learned counsel for petitioner submits, on instructions, that for the present, the petitioner is not being harassed, thus, he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition and seeks liberty that in case, he is harassed by the respondents, he would seek recourse to legal remedy available to him in accordance with law.
