% 16.02.2026 1.

Learned counsel for the applicant, in all fairness, submits that his co-accused i.e. Rohit Rana @ Moi, in the same case, has also moved regular bail application, which was registered as Bail Appln. 4645/2025 and when the abovesaid bail application was taken up by this Court on 13.02.2026, the same was disposed of as not pressed, primarily, for the reason that most of the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and, simultaneously, there was a direction to learned Trial Court to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of six months from the date it takes up the matter.
