This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking interim bail for a period of six weeks in case FIR No. 402/2022 under Sections 395/394/412/506/120B/34 P.S. Pahar Ganj.

Mr. Sandeep Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are certain typographical errors in the petition/application, and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the same seeking liberty to file fresh application.
