By virtue of the present petition, the petitioners have sought a direction to the respondent no.2/ Ministry of Labour and Employment for them to pass an appropriate order under Section 12(5) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties have handed over an Order dated 06.11.2023 issued by the respondent no.2 bearing File No.ND-25/II-52/2023-IR, whereby the dispute for adjudication has in fact since been so referred in terms of the Schedule as under:

"Whether the demand of contract workmen Shri Praveen Kumar Singh & 60 others (list attached as Annexure-A) through All India General The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Kamgor Union, Delhi to regularize their services with arrears as application, against the management of Registrar, Jawaharlal Lal Nehru University, Principal Employer & M/s Bedi & Bedi Associates, New Delhi, is legal, fair and justified? If yes, then what relief the workmen concerned are entitled to and from which date?" 3.

The prayer of the petitioners being satisfied in view thereof and as nothing is remaining in the present petition, the petition alongwith the pending application is accordingly disposed of.
