For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed to the extent that the applicant be released on bail (if not in custody in any other case) on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety for a sum of ₹20,000/- subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. The surety need not necessarily be a local surety.

Other conditions as imposed by order dated 02.09.2025 shall remain the same.

The application stands disposed of.
