% 15.11.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Permission is granted.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant/prosecutrix is present in Court. I interacted with her in the Chamber in the presence of Ms. Aditi Singh and Ms. Manya Hasija, the Law Researchers of this Court and she submitted that the respondent after his release from the Jail, has never himself humiliated her, however he has send two other boys who had humiliated and threatened her. But, there is no complaint filed by the prosecutrix in this regard. The SHO and IO of the Police Station Jyoti Nagar, who are present in

Court, are directed to furnish their Mobile number to the complainant and if any unwanted incident takes place with the petitioner, they will take action immediately.
