The present appeal challenges the Order dated 17.05.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CO. APPLN. 737/2021 and Order dated 22.05.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in CO. APPLN. 403/2025 and CO. APPLN. 404/2025 in CO.PET. 379/2009.

Vide Order dated 17.05.2025, the learned Single Judge has directed that the company application being CO. APPLN. 737/2021 be heard by the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Roster Bench. The Appellant had challenged the said order by filing review, which were numbered as CO. APPLN. 403/2025 and CO. APPLN. 404/2025.

Vide Order dated 17.05.2025, the entire company petition was heard and vide Order dated 22.05.2025, the judgment has been reserved in various company applications including CO. APPLN. 403/2025 and CO. APPLN. 404/2025.

It is the contention of the learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant that CO. APPLN. 737/2021 will become infructuous if judgments are delivered in other company applications as the same issue that has been raised in CO. APPLN. 737/2021 also arises for consideration in other company applications. This has been vehemently opposed by the learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents.

Be that as it may, since the Order dated 17.05.2025 only directs that the company application being CO. APPLN. 737/2021 is to be heard by the Roster Bench and the Order dated 22.05.2025 simply reserves the orders in CO. APPLN. 403/2025 and CO. APPLN. 404/2025, which are review applications, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said orders. 6.

It is always open for the Appellant to take such remedies as available under law.

The appeal is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
