This criminal leave to appeal has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 419 (4) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 assailing the Judgment and Order of Acquittal dated 28.04.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (NI Act), Digital Court-01, East District, Karkardooma Courts, New Delhi in case bearing CC NI Act No. 1139/2022 titled as "MEEG Foundation vs. Rajendra Kumar".
