% 24.07.2025 CRL.M.A. 21275/2025 SEEKING RECTIFICATION OF ORDER DT. 16.07.25025 1.

This is an application for correction/rectification of the order dated 16.07.2025.

Vide judgment dated 16.07.2025 passed in Crl. M.C.4626/2025, the petition was allowed and FIR No. 1006/2002 registered at P.S. Nangloi under Section 498A/406/34 IPC was quashed based upon settlement between the parties. As per the petition, the petitioner no.1 was the husband of respondent no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is a typographic error in para no.2 inasmuch as it is recorded therein that respondent no.2 and petitioner no.2 are living separately since 1999, and in fact, it is petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 who were living separately The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. since 1999. Similarly, in para no.3, due to typographic error, it was incorrectly recorded that respondent no.2 has obtained decree of divorce from US court. Learned counsel states that the divorce decree was actually obtained by the petitioner no.1 from US Court. 3.

Apparently, the aforesaid are typographic mistakes in the judgment dated 16.07.2025 and therefore, corrected to read that respondent no.2 and petitioner no.1 were living separately since 1999 and petitioner no.1 obtained the decree of divorce from US Court. 4.

The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. 5.

This order be treated as corrigendum to the judgment dated 16.07.2025.
