This is a petition seeking enforcement of the Arbitral award dated 17.03.2023.

Mr. Arjun Pall, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor has drawn my attention to a judgment dated 18.12.2023, wherein the award has been set aside by a Coordinate Bench in O.M.P.(COMM) 244/2023. 3.
Ms. Rawal, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that the decree-holder is in the process of challenging the said judgment. 4.
Be that as it may, as of today, there is no award in favour of the decree-holder which is capable of execution.
