This is a fresh petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR No. 213/2024 dated 12.08.2024 for offence under Section 69 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station New friends Colony.
