The present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks quashing of FIR No. 269/2022 dated 30th April, 2022 under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at P.S. Dwarka North, Delhi. Upon conclusion of investigation, chargesheet was filed against the Petitioner under Sections 363, 376 and 506 of the IPC read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The petition is premised on a settlement between the Petitioner and the Victim.

After making submissions for some time, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present petition. 3.
