By way of the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 1669/2015 registered at PS-Neb Sarai for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. 2.
Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the present case, the petitioner has already paid an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and ready to pay balance amount of Rs.8,00,000/-, to which the complainant has no objection.

The petitioner has handed over a demand draft of Rs.8,00,000/- bearing no. 502203 dated 12.02.2016 drawn on ICICI Bank in the name of the complainant today in the Court.

Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant, who is also present in the Court, on instructions submits that on payment of balance amount of Rs.8,00,000/-, the complainant has no objection if the present petition is allowed.

In view of above, Investigating Officer of the case is directed to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to his satisfaction.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
