Present appeals have been filed challenging the orders dated 30th April 2024 and 9th May 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 5953/2024 and W.P.(C) 6662/2024, respectively, wherein the operation of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. order of withdrawal of recognition of the respondent institutions, dated 9th August, 2023 and 18th September 2023, passed by the Eastern Regional Committee (ERC), NCTE/Appellant No. 2 and orders passed by the Appellate Committee of the Appellant No. 1, dated 19th December, 2023, upholding the withdrawal, were stayed on the ground that the impugned orders were non reasoned and the show cause notices had been reproduced in the impugned orders.

After hearing the parties at some length, this Court is of the view that the reasoning given by the learned Single Judge is correct, both in fact and in law.

Keeping in view the urgent and important issues involved in the present appeals, this Court is of the view that the matters need to be decided at the earliest.

Consequently, the impugned orders are set aside and the matters are remanded back to the ERC for fresh decisions. Since the ERC is holding its next meeting on 6th and 7th August, 2024, this Court directs the ERC to give a personal hearing to the respondents and pass fresh order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

The interim protections granted by the learned Single Judge shall continue till the decisions are pronounced by the ERC.
