The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 583/2022, under Sections 363/354(B)/354 of the IPC and Section 10 of the POCSO Act, registered at P.S. New Ashok Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court on change of circumstances/facts, if any. 3.
