O R D E R

% 31.01.2020 The petitioners vide the present petition sought quashing of the FIR No. 208/2018, PS EOW New Delhi registered under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with further prayers seeking the revocation of the LOC issued against the petitioners in relation to the said FIR.

On behalf of the petitioners has been placed on record pursuant to the directions dated 24.1.2020, the order dated 26.11.2019 of this Court in W.P.(Crl) No. 3389/2018 and 3413/2018 whereby the FIR No.208/2018, PS EOW, New Delhi, registered under Sections 420/406/120B IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom have since been quashed.

SI Kulbir, PS EOW in reply to a specific Court query states that the LOC against the petitioners in relation to the FIR No. 208/18, PS EOW under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860,

has also since been revoked.

In view thereof, there are no further orders called for in the present petition, which is thus disposed of.
