SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL) 1.
Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of the legal notice dated 05.05.2023. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the above legal notice may also be treated as a representation and the same may be directed to be disposed of by the respondents. 2.
Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for respondents.
3.
Learned counsel for respondents submits that the notice is highly belated and even as per the notice, the alleged issue arose in the year 1997 and no representation was received between 1997 till 2023. She, however, without prejudice submits that the same shall be duly responded to and the same shall be treated as a representation and decided in accordance with the law.
4.
Petition is thus disposed of. Respondents are directed to dispose of the legal notice dated 05.05.2023, treating the same as a representation. It is clarified that it would be open for the respondents to consider the issue of limitation, if available in law.
