% 19.04.2017 The respondents, in the counter affidavit, have taken objection with regard to territorial jurisdiction. The respondents contend that the jurisdiction would lie with the High Court of Karnataka. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the appropriate jurisdictional High Court.
