Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 27th December, 2023.

By the impugned order, the Assistant Registrar has stated that if the Respondent-Society has any claim against its member i.e. the petitioner, the Society is at liberty to file a claim petition under Section 70 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 for seeking reference of dispute(s). 3.

We have not understood as to how the petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order as neither there is a decision on merit nor any adjudication. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition along with the application is dismissed.
