Learned counsel appearing for the applicant draws the attention of this Court to certain discrepencies with respect to weight of the contraband article. He, however, submits that the aforesaid aspects were not highlighted at the time of consideration of the bail application before the concerned Court.

He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the instant application with liberty to approach the concerned Court. 3.

The instant application is thus dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application with liberty, as prayed for. 4.

Let the concerned Court to consider the fresh bail application proposed to be filed by the applicant, in accordance with law, without being influenced by earlier rejection of the bail application or the withdrawal of the instant application.
