Through this application, the limited request of the Petitioner is to clarify that the findings and observations made in the order dated 21st August, 2024, whereby the writ petition was disposed of, will not prejudice the arbitration proceedings ongoing between the parties. 2.

Considering the above, although such a clarification is not necessary, however to avoid any ambiguity, it is clarified that the findings and observations expressed by this Court in order dated 21st August, 2024 was only for the purpose of deciding the said writ petition and the arbitrator shall decide the lis between the parties, on its own merits, uninfluenced by any such observations made by this Court.
