1. The petitioner who was, vide order dated 07.04.2021, released from service of the Navy on account of 'Failure in Training', has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Armed Forces Tribunal (Tribunal), before whom his Original Application (OA) bearing no. 796/2021 is pending, to decide the same expeditiously.

2. Having perused the factual matrix as set out in the petition, we find absolutely no reason to issue any such directions to the learned Tribunal.

We, however, hope that in case the petitioner moves an application for early hearing before the learned Tribunal, the same will be considered on its own merits on an early date.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
