The office note indicates that inadvertently, the Registry has been directed to draw up a decree-sheet. However, the instant petition is a Section 9 application under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, such a direction is not required.

In view of the aforesaid, paragraph nos. 2 to 7 of the order dated 20.12.2025 are deleted and the said order stands modified. 4.
The petition, therefore, be treated to have been disposed of in view of the settlement.

In case of any disobedience of the settlement, the parties shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
