O R D E R

% 17.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs.68,975/- with the respondent in terms of order dated 22nd February, 2016.

Learned counsel for the respondent confirms the receipt of the above amount and submits that upon payment of further amount of Rs.7,500/-, the respondent shall restore the electricity connection. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.7,500/- within three days.

Upon deposit of Rs.7,500/- by the petitioner, the respondent shall restore the electricity connection within 36 hours of the deposit.

The writ petition and the application are disposed of in terms of the statement of the parties.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
