The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayer: "a. Mr. N. Hariharan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner states that he has no objection, if this writ petition be treated as representation on behalf of the petitioner herein and the matter is inquired into by the worthy Vice Chancellor of University of Delhi.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the present petition be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and the same be decided within a period of four weeks from today, by the University of Delhi/respondent no. 1, under intimation to the petitioner herein.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 9.
