The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayers: "...(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction of like nature thereby directing the respondent no. 1&2 to process and decide the petitioner's application for issuance of recognition certificate of D.Ed. course. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 and 2 submits that the petitioner herein has to apply online, through website of National Council for Teacher Education, for issuance of recognition certificate of D.Ed. course and obtaining the information in question. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was not aware about the same and, therefore, had not applied for the said information. It is further stated that the petitioner will take appropriate steps regarding the same.

In view of the above submissions made before this Court, the present petition stands disposed of.
