% 27.01.2025 After making detailed submissions in the matter, Ms. Sushma Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail petition, with liberty to file afresh if the trial is delayed inordinately.

For the record, the petitioner has been in judicial custody for over 06 years as an undertrial; and that 29 out of 44 prosecution witnesses have so far been examined before the learned trial court. The petition is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn; with liberty as prayed for; without making any observations on the merits of the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
