% 06.03.2020 Present writ of habeas corpus had been filed by the petitionerfather seeking production of his son-Suraj, who had been missing since 05th January, 2019. An FIR No.124/2019 under Section 365 IPC had been registered on 04th July, 2019 with the police station Defence Colony, Delhi.

A number of status reports have been filed in the present writ petition. The latest status report dated 04th March, 2020 has been filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime (HQ), Delhi. Though the missing person has not been found, yet all the leads pointed out by the petitioner have been investigated and it has been stated in the latest status report that a letter of request shall shortly be sent to Planet Romeo after obtaining an order from the concerned

court.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present criminal writ petition is closed with a direction to the Delhi Police to file a status report, under the signature of the concerned DCP, before the concerned Trial Court, at least once a month with an advance copy to the petitioner. With the aforesaid direction, the present criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
