The Petitioner has approached this Court for quashing FIR No.RC0032022A0062 dated 26.09.2022 registered at Police Station CBI, ACB, New Delhi for offences under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(c) and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act along with Section 120B IPC.

Learned Counsel for the CBI states that a closure report has been filed in the matter and nothing survives in the present petition. The statement is taken on record.
