The learned counsel for the respondents has placed before us an Email dated 26.07.2025 of the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax Circle 13(1), New Delhi addressed to Mr.Gaurav Gupta, counsel for the respondent to state that the refund of Assessment Year (AY) 2024-25 for which the present petition has been filed, adjusted against the demand of AY 2018-19 shall be refunded to the assessee as soon as possible. 4.
