The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"i. Quash/ Set aside the impugned Order dated 24.02.2023 passed by the Court of Sh. Sahil Monga, MM, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi thereby recalling summoning of the petitioners in the complaint case No. 5405/2022 titled as "Anil Grover Vs. Nitin Khurana & Anr", & to further quash the complaint case no. 5405/2022 being against the well founded principals of law in the interest of justice and fair play.

ii. Call for the trial Court record of complaint case No. 5405/2020 titled as "Anil Grover Vs. Nitin Khurana &Anr.", wherein the impugned order has been passed, for proper disposal of the present petition;

iii. Pass any such and further order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the final judgment has been passed in the subject complaint case.
