The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR No. 371/2023 registered under Sections 354(C)/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 66C/67(A) of IT Act at Police Station Anand Vihar, Delhi on the basis of Compromise Deed dated 10.10.2023.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the Investigating Officer had contacted the complainant/respondent No. 2 and she stated that she is no longer inclined for the settlement. The trial is pending before the learned Trial Court. 3.
Considering the submissions made, there is no merit in the present petition which is hereby dismissed along with pending application.
