The learned counsel for the respondent points out that the Special Leave Petition, that is, SLP (C) 13026/2025 filed by the petitioners herein challenging the Judgment dated 19.07.2024 of this Court in a batch of petitions, including W.P.(C) 2814/2024, titled Govt of NCT of Delhi and Anr. v. Rishikesh Sharma, has been dismissed by the Supreme Court vide its Order dated 04.09.2025. 2.

In view of the above, the petition along with the pending application is dismissed.
