Counsels for the parties state that the matter has been settled vide settlement agreement dated 9th October 2024, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is on record. The said agreement has been signed on behalf of the parties as well as countersigned by the respective counsels.

The Court has perused the agreement and finds it to be lawful and acceptable.

In view of the same, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 9th October 2024.

Since the settlement is arrived at through Mediation, 100 % of the Court Fee will be refunded to the plaintiffs. 5.

It is also noted that Smt. Durga Devi, defendant no.4 has since passed away on 12th January 2025.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications are disposed of as infructuous.
