The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.74/2022 dated 09.05.2022, under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the investigation is complete and the closure report has been filed and the matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court for further consideration on 11.11.2025. 4.
He, on instructions, submits that since no evidence was filed against the petitioner, a closure report was filed. He submits that the present petition has become infructuous. 5.
